I ordered a set of glass fog lights which the products listing indicated was a direct replacement for the fog lights in a Chrysler 300C. When I received the lights one of the (cheap) mounting rings was broken in two places.

Emailed customer service with no response until I threatened to return. Finally got a replacement ring another 5-days later. Took front fascia off the car to install and found that there was no way to get these installed on my 300C (they maybe fit a 300 Touring...different lights). Returned the lights at my expense of $20.

Never got a credit until I emailed threatening a charge-back through Visa. They gave me a partial credit short $16.50. Emailed them back threatening to charge-back if they don't give me a full refund. Really NOT a good company to deal with....never dealt with such a shady company.

Left a bad taste in my mouth. I'll not do business again.
